A feasibility study to develop a part of Gateshead International Stadium into an international, Olympic standard shooting range.
The aim of the shooting range is to provide people from all over the UK and Europe a place to practice and compete in various shooting disciplines, such as long-range target rifle, pistol events and more.
The building would feature community and events space, as well as cafes and commercial facilities, with a construction cost of around £30 million.
